All you need is a phillips screw driver and a little common sense, cause that's all it takes.

Pretty decent product. I was able to install myself, and I've it now for about 4 months and it's still holding. I got a $10 rebate also with the company so the price I paid was worth it. I would purchase another if this one is ever broken.

The shade itself appears well made and does look good however... The Hardware that it comes with is INADEQUATE for the 2003 Ford Explorer. The plastic inserts are not thick enough and fall out. My work around was to wrap the inserts with electrical tape and then insert them into the vehicle's factory openings before mounting the shade and installing the undersized plastic screws. I will update this post if the product performs poorly. Like I said it does look really nice once mounted though.

Fastener system doesnt allow for a tight fit to hood. Very loose

Installs in less than 60 seconds if u have half a brain. 30 seconds if u have full brain. Seems like it will last awhile.

This was very easy to install and looks great on my Explorer! I also have the AVS window deflectors so the look was perfect!

Product is of high quality and arrived well package; fits my Ford Explorer perfectly, however I had to do some unexpected drilling because the provisions were not there. would have have given it a deserving 5 stars, and it does had some style to my Ford.

Relatively easy to install. The low profile looks sleek. I hope this product lasts as most of my recent purchases from amazon have been duds. So far, so good...
