Monster High: I Only Have Eye for You: An Original Graphic Novel

Everything from the art to the book itself was perfect. It is definitely well made and is great for any Monster High fan! I would recommend from 9+. The storyline is also great and very very cute! Only thing is the price, I bought it for $20 and had I seen other options I would have not bought it for the price I did. Besides that the book was in great condition and arrived no problems.

What can I say? I loved the whole spin on Sadie Hawkins' dance, and the boys were so cute in these stories (ah, if only high school were really like that, LOL). I liked the artwork of this graphic novel a tad bit more than the first one, but that's all up to your personal preference. My daughter is a little too young to read this, but when she's older, this would be a great graphic novel for her. Some may argue stereotypical character portrayals of archetypes, but hey, c'mon....it's based in a HIGH SCHOOL, we were all stereotypes. I'm WAY older than these characters, but I still get a chuckle out of reading their stories here. Ah, good times...

Monster high is a fun world where silly things happen, and puns are plentiful. The visual and episodic nature of the franchise means it translates beautifully into a graphic novel. There's fun, short pieces focussed on different couples that is fun for fans of characters as you learn new tidbits about them. Might be a bit confusing if one isn't already familiar with the franchise.

I had the first novel and really wanted to collect both.Cute stories.

I really like the graphic novels, especially this one, which is much better than the Hopes & Screams one (the story and the artwork in this one are big improvements!). Only problem is there is NO mention of the next graphic novel! Come on Mattel!

I bought this book for my 2nd grade Monster High fan. She loves the glossy pages, the comic-book styling, and the fun stories.

I'm a huge Monster High lover and so is my 6 year old, not sure who I purchased this book for, me or her but we both really enjoyed reading it at bedtime. Unlike the other Monster High novels currently available, this is in comic strip form so it's very much like the cartoon tv series and follows the same story arc. The illustrations are excellent and the stories are fun. There are 6 stories altogether all focussing on a Monster High couple going to the Fraidy Hawkins dance. There's Iris Clops and Manny Taur (love these two, hope they get made into mainstream dolls soon, at the moment they are just a Comic Con special), Lagoona and Gill, Deuce and Cleo, Heath and Abbey, Scarah and Invisibilly (loved him in the Lisi Harrison books, he was paired up with Spectra then, now he's with Scarah and they make an adorable couple) and finally Draculaura and Clawd (this was my favourite story in the book because we get to meet love rival Valentine again, remember him from "Why do Ghouls fall in Love?".A must buy for any Monster High fan.

8 year old daughter devoured this in a day and has gone back to reading it a few times since. Please bring more out in this range I much prefer seeing her read than watch TV,

Meine Tochter hat sich sehr darüber gefreut. Da es in Englisch ist musste ich es ihr natürlich übersetzen, was aber nicht schwierig ist. Waren sehr schöne Storys und die schönen Bildern laden immer wieder gerne ein, es sich noch mal anzuschauen.
