Product broke on the first usage.
The product mounted on my Benelli SB2 good, but my iPhone 13 pro was a tight fit. During my first turkey hunt, I was able to video the gobbler coming in, but when I shot, the bracket broke and my phone ended up on the ground. Someone should design a more robust bracket and one that would hold the new larger mobile phones. Also, the manufacturer should make all the parts in a black or brown color. Some of the parts are yellow....not ideal for hunting turkeys and deer.

Never used.
The product is so cheaply made. I didn't even feel comfortable lugging my gun around with my phone on this device as I was afraid of it falling out during travel. I never used and I'm not sure I even have this device anymore.

For Shotguns and big bore rifles
This thing is an okay mount so long as it's mounted on a large diameter barrel, there are no adapters for common rifles though, which does limit the utility.The mount holds my lifeproof Iphone 4s with no problems and adjustment and mounting points are secure.My only practical complaint is that the arm on the mount can't be easily adjusted with the weapon shouldered, I have to lower the gun and lose my target to adjust the phone position.Aesthetically, I'm not that great of a fan for the safety orange pads and wish they were black. (something in safety orange on a shotgun [less lethal color identifier] loaded with steel buck...might get a lecture from the game warden.)

Good product but advertised wrong I believe
I bought this for my husband for Christmas because he is a bow hunter and for whatever reason likes to videotape himself hunting. The mount fits his iPhone 4S perfectly but in the picture it shows it mounted on a bow and the mount I received says it is a gun mount "and many other things" but it had to be rigged up to fit on the bow. We kept it because it works fine on his gun and he will use it while duck hunting. Just wouldn't recommend for a bow.

Very good product
The only thing I did not like about it is when mounted to the shotgun barrel its hard to reach the phone to operate it. I mounted it to my scope own my shotgun and it worked great from there. They need to come up with a way to mount it closer like on the forearm so it easy to reach and work phone cam. I did get some awesome video of my turkey hunt this year overall great product

Disappointed!
It broke this was the 1st season using it and slightly bumped the tree stand and it broke and can't be fixed.

Hunt tested
The S4Gear Jackknife mount works as advertised. It's well built, the frame is aluminum not plastic. I used it on my 12 gauge SBE shooting 3" duck loads and it held my new iPhone 6 perfectly. I got some really great videos. I really like this product.

Cheap Plastic
The plastic may be a bit too cheap to endure any real collisions in the woods (branches, bushes, etc...)Overall, it does what it says, but could be more sturdy.
