My spouse and I are beginners at watercoloring and we both love this set. Good mix of round, flat and filberts that we use mostly. They come with a coating that washes off easily after soaking for a minute or two. They feel good in the hand, the bristles perform quite well compared to a different cheap set I purchased first... I think it'll be quite awhile before we are good enough to need a better set of brushes because these do everything we ask them to do.I only wish they came with a fan brush - then it would be the perfect set - but I knew they didn't when I ordered them, so not fair to take a star off for that!

Alright for the price, in fact that was a good value but one brush's bristle head fell off, had to replace it with layers of tape.

They're not really what I was expecting. If I'm not mistaken brushes made for watercolor painting are supposed to be a bit more flexible and have the ability to hold water when necessary. I only bought them because watercolor is listed in the product description as one of their uses. (And, they were affordable.) So, yeah, I'm disappointed.

I am new to watercoloring, and did not want to spend lots of money on brushes until I knew if I would enjoy this medium. I bought this set for a watercolor class I was taking, even though the packaging did not specify these were watercolor brushes. I absolutely LOVE these brushes! They do everything the expensive brushes did that the teacher used. It is the perfect assortment of sizes that you need to watercolor. Buy them, you won’t be disappointed!

We have been painting during quarantine, and these are a great set. They are easy to use, easy to clean. We use them often. The brushes are staying together well.

Good for adults face painting only. Brushes are a little too stiff and it might not work for young children. Fast shipping and great customer service. Thank you

Being an amateur painter, I only have a limited budget and this 10 piece pack fits the bill. I have been working on a 16*20 landscape work, these brushes are excellent in touch and feel, and the bristles are outstandingly absorptive, naturally reverting back in form after strokes. They stay in shape after every use with basic wash and it is low-maintenance. The nylon hair seems to be made of good quality material and don't shed hair like others. For the price paid and quality of the set, I am happy for this purchase.

i love them!! the variety of shapes and sizes is just what i need, also i’ve used them for both gouache and acrylic and they’re lovely! would recommend. if you’re getting into art and don’t know what to buy, these are everything u need !
