Gypsy Oracle Cards: A Handbook for Interpreting the Sibilla della Zingara: Deluxe Edition Kindle Edition

I bought this for Kindle so that I could easily access this on my phone. I've been doing RW tarot readings for over two decades, but just recently acquired some Gypsy Oracle cards and needed some kind of reference for when I get stuck on a card interpretation. This is very nicely laid out and it's easy to find the card you're looking for quickly. I haven't read it from beginning to end yet, as I've just "thumbed" through the card meanings so far. I definitely thinks it's a handy reference.

I have 2 sets of the Gypsy Oracle's and although the little white books were provided it still didn't feel like enough. This book gives detailed information about the cards. It's not too much or too little it's just enough. It gives a clear understanding if your asking about work, health, or love. It gives different spread options and how to interpret them, and it also gives details on position. It shows the meaning if reversed, dates, numbers and other card system info. Ex. 6 of spades. I'm very happy with the purchase of this book. Well written! You will not regret getting this book!

I love my deck of Sibilla della Zingara cards, but needed more information than was in the booklet included with the cards.... This is the perfect book for me, plenty of information to learn how to read the cards. And it has the illustrations that match the deck I bought as well, making it really easy to use this book to learn to read the cards.

I bought three books on the Gypsy Oracle cards at the same time. This is by far the best of the bunch! In addition to discussing the symbols on the cards and what they mean (not enough books do this!), she provides lots of upright and reversed interpretations of the cards. But she also gives suggestions for love, work and health, which are arguably the top three subjects for readings. Although I doubt I'll use that spread, she also gives interpretations for each of the positions in the Cross spread. In addition she gives playing card, Vera Sibilla and Tarot (where applicable) associations for the cards along with what date range the card covers and the lottery numbers associated with the cards. She also lists a total of 6 spreads (including the Cross spread) in the book.There are some unfortunate typos in the book, and it's obvious the book was translated from another language. Even with those flaws, I'm definitely glad I bought this book!

This is an exceptional book to learn The Gypsy Oracle or Sibilla cards. It is a nice paperback & not a very large book. Very easy to take along with you & read. It seemed kind of expensive but there is little information on these decks. The information in the book is easy to understand. I could do basic readings right away. I'm glad I spent the money & got the book.

I must say I was disappointed with the length of the book. Don't get me wrong -- this book is indispensable, truly (especially for native English speakers!). It really should be packaged with the cards -- the information presented is similar to the thicker, quality LWBs that come with many cards nowadays. And that is why the four stars. I would have loved more depth and insight into the cards. But as is it is a larger and somewhat costly version of the aforementioned books. The author really should try to negotiate to make it so with LS's Gypsy Oracle.Another thing I appreciate is the large size of the pictures of the cards. There is also a good variety of spreads in the back (again similar to modern (not so) LWBs). All in all a great resource and I do not regret my purchase.

Two things:1) The book itself is excellent, especially if you are a complete beginner to this deck.2) The paper version is REALLY cheap, a print on demand version, so keep that in mind if it's important to you and maybe consider the kindle version instead.But even with the lacking print quality, I am so glad I got this. It REALLY opens up that deck. If you're interested, do it: you won't be sorry.

Estou gostando desse ebook! É um dos poucos materiais de sibilla que estão em inglês, mas o inglês desse ebook é bem acessível e tranquilo. Além disso, enquanto vc lê, o Kindle te oferece a tradução e/o significado das palavras que vc não souber. Apesar dele trazer imagens do Sibilla Della Zingara, dá perfeitamente para ler/estudar caso vc jogue ou tenha só o Vera Sibilla, pois o sistema é o mesmo (sibilla italiana), ou seja, tem os mesmos significados e simbolismos, o que muda é a arte e as cores. Só não serve para a Sibilla Indovina (francesa).

This is a very useful book on the Sibilla cards. Very informative.

OK this book is expensive but the content is beyond par. You will not require any other book on this subject. It is beautifully laid out, easy to read and written in exquisite english. I cannot recommend it more highly. The card images could be better, yes, but all that is superfluous as one surely has the pack to relate to.I do not begrudge the cost one bit. I thank the author whose effort is remarkable and given me great pleasure.

Large, easy to read font. Detailed descriptions. Keywords. Card associations. And so much more.
