These lights are awesome! Most of the reviews here are for different lights so they should fix this. There is so much dishonesty on these reviews now which make me hesitant to buy sometimes. They could be using these old reviews for another product to make their product appear more favorable. Well, with regards to this product with the nice sleek look to the front wrap like a brushed polished nickel and solar panel top, this was a cinch product. The instructions were easy to follow, they came durably packaged, and they look aesthetically pleasing. The color of the light wasn't an annoying bright white and rather a warm yellow which I like. All of the lights around my home are warm white so they match up well.

They seemed to hold a charge well enough for the first month or so. They'd last most of the night, which is all I needed. But after the first month, one of them stopped turning on. But if I unmounted it, turn it off and back on again, it would work for another week before I had to do that same process to it. Then a couple weeks after that, all of them started doing that. They still technically work, but if I don't turn them all off and back on again with the switch on the back (which requires me unmounting them and remounting every time) then they just won't turn on at all. Really annoying, and I feel like I've wasted money that could have gone toward a better product.

These are perfect for accent lighting they are not too bright, but bright enough to accent a fence, or walk way.Literally 5 minutes to install on my fence,Got them today, and ordered 4 more!

Living in south Florida, I needed weatherproof lights that could be powered by the blazing sun and still withstand the rain, heat and humidity. I bought these Home Zone Security Solar Wall Lights - Outdoor Solar Fence Post and Step Lights due to their competitive price point and elegant design compared to the many cheaper looking black plastic types that are on the market. I mounted them on my wooden fence on the side of my house leading to the backyard. The paper template included to mark where to drill the holes was cheap and barely served its purpose. After mounting two of the lights, I had to mark the holes/distance on a thicker piece of cardboard to complete the job. These lights did look really nice and I was anxious for it to get dark so I could see them lit up. I was immediately disappointed with the low level of illumination. Four feet up on the fence and the light didn't reach the ground. The lights barely worked OK for a couple of weeks before several of them started getting weaker and weaker by the day. Within a month, they were only bright enough to identify where the fence was from five feet away. By the third month, none of them would light up at all but the chrome still looks nice, shiny and decorative during the day. I've since purchased several sets of the black plastic types hoping for better results. This was a waste of money and my time in mounting them. Not recommended.

I purchased these lights to add a bit of light in a dark area and also to add some ambiance. They are cute and modern looking (all plastics ). The only issue I had on installation was drilling through a composite decking wall. I placed two lights at exactly 18 “ from the floor of the deck and this seems to work well for me. Much higher than this and I don’t think there’s enough light to project I don’t think they are bright enough if you wish to use for safety on steps though. They cast a soft light. It’s white but not too bright. For installation I suggest you simply hold the light and mark your spots f for the anchoring screw. If you happen to get that measurement wrong you’ll have to drill another hole because the back slides on at two points left and right. Given how you mount them you’re going to slide them till they catch so make sure you measure carefully or they may not align flat and look too droopy. I have mine positioned in the on position so I cannot comment on motion detection

I was impressed by the design and construction. Too bad that's all there is to like about these.I charged these up before putting them up on my fence and they worked great the first night. After that though, ALL 4 OF THEM decided not to work anymore. I even went so far as to remove them, turn them off, and recharge them in an area with direct sunlight for the whole day. Since our fence is in a position where direct sunlight isn't optimal, I figured that might have been a reason the lights didn't work. NOPE. The lights still didn't work and now I'm stuck with $25 paper weights, since they only accept returns on new and unused products.Very, very disappointed with this purchase!!

One out of 4 did not work, however the manufacturer 's representative took care of the issue immediately and relace the defective unit. Probably the best customer service this year!!!!It is a good value product, well packaged and easy to install (I used outdoor 3M double sided tape on bricks).They need a lot of full sun light to recharge, if there are any shadows or partial shade, they will only work for a few hours.

These lights don’t work. First they provided the wrong size screws with 1 of the 4 lights that wouldn’t fit inside the slot to hang the light (had to go get a separate set of screws to install). They worked for 1 day now they won’t charge enough to last more than about 30 minutes at night time. I live in Florida and have plenty of sunlight, they just don’t work.Save your money.

La luz que destella es muy pobre, así mismo, en ocasiones algunas no prenden por si solas, tengo que darle un golpecito en la parte superior para que se activen....

I would not buy this product again, it's not worth the cost of the item. Very cheaply made. Very small, and very cheap looking! Looks like it should only cost around 10.00 dollars...... there is a lot better light out there for a lot less money.

Easy to install. Good looking. Adds a great touch to the backyard
