It is saying to close your eyes when cleaning the eyelids - that way you will not scrape the eyeball.

Q: Which wipe is better for dry eye? This one or the green box?

The blue is specifically to help with dry eye.

Q: What are the dimensions of wipes

I unfold them but not fully still doubled and us 1/2 the the wipe per eye turn over and wipe again. If I unfold one fully I guess they are about 7” X 4”
