"Keto" in Title Seems Strictly to Sell Book
For those of us who are serious about eating a Ketogenic diet - we were waiting to buy a book of acceptable, low carb (if possible) bread recipes. We want to know the grams carbohydrates in recipes and hopefully, the grams of fiber, grams of fat and the grams of sugar. In this book, Caren Warren gives ONLY the calories for each recipe and the serving size. This book is advertising itself as a Keto Bread book - Keto counts carbohydrates, not calories! If you are seriously wanting to eat Keto, this book most certainly will not help you. Like me, you will find it quite frustrating. My opinion, save your money. If this book were to come out again with the full nutritional information, it would be worth buying.

This book has no carb info for any of the recipes so how can it be a keto cookbook? Not recommended!

Great book for beginner bread bakers!
The information at the beginning of the book is awesome. I initially bought it for colleges because it was required in my Keto Bread class, but after trying a few recipes I fell in love with it. Wonderful read, so much information. I'm enjoying new techniques and recipes. If you bake breads, this cookbook is a must. Great for beginners and for intermediate's alike!

feeling awesome
I'm cheerful to state that since grabbing this cookbook I'm back on keto Bread and feeling awesome. I tried some other low carb bread cookbooks but we could never get the recipes to come out right. This is the cookbook that worked for us. We are low carb bread pros now thanks to this cookbook.

I don't like this book
This book was a big disappointment. I expected better. To begin with, the pages were not numbered so each time one sees something on the index page one has to count the pages to get to it. Seems minor but it is irritating. There was no instruction as to what size of pan to use. The temperatures listed were C. not F. I can find that in another more complete book but both should have been listed in this one since it is sold in the U.S. Recipes are OK but nothing out of the ordinary.

Great resource for innovative bread recipes
I totally recommend this book, flavors are great, not the common eggy flavored recipes... Loved it! very recommended. it is totally worth the investment.

Insanely great bread substitutes
Easy to read and easy also to understand - wonderful recipes - and there are recipes for just about everybody's tastes - really "helps" if you're following a diet with limited carbs

Good cookbook and good keto bread, buns
I started my keto bread experiments with simple flat bread, which included only butter, flour, salt and water. They look very simple, but this is a decent substitute to any supermarket bread

No bread taste
Sorry, but this was a waste of time and money. The bread taste was so bad, it went straight to thegarbage can. Only the strawberry muffins were good enough to eat, but not great. Everythingtaste flat and dull. In my opinion, there is nothing like real flour for baking.

Excellent Cookbook
Very good recipes and easy to make. Delicious to eat and recipes can be modified if some ingredients you don't care for.
