I have bought this powder numerous times, and love it so much that I find myself ordering before I need more, because it is often unavailable. It is the closest thing to the overpriced Laura Mercier concealer setting powder that I have found. Try it-you won’t be disappointed.

Careful not to use too much, or you end up with white marks but holds make up in place for a great period of time.

This powder is different than most setting powders. It's a super fine silica powder. It works wonders at setting makeup but it's too fine to "bake" with. However with this type of powder baking isnt necessary. Silica does absorb oil so you will get a very Matte finish . This is one of my favorite setting powders for my eye make up because of how fine it is and it doesn't disrupt the color of dark shadows. I have hooded oily eye lids. it absorbs the oil throughout the day and keeps my eye makeup from creasing. This powder also leaves your face feeling softer than any other finishing powder I've ever used.

What an amazing product and what a relief I no longer have to spend almost 50$ for ONE, even smaller, container of this.I used to buy this product from Sephora by Makeup Forever and spent WAY too much for one smaller container of this HD micro finish powder.The best part about this product is that it applies and sets just like the one Makeup Forever sells. I have been wearing the CloseUp HD for about 6-7 years now as a finishing powder. It is so finely sifted that it goes on as smooth as silk and makes my face FEEL like silk. Because of the slight reflective properties, It does an excellent job of hiding little imperfections. I've used a lot of powders over the years, but this one is hands down the absolute best!

This is the hidden powder that is great. You can not see it on, it blurs your pores. You do not need much to set your foundation. It is a great buy. This is the one to try if you are looking for one like "IT BY BY PORES"
