Very good design for long thick hair. These are just the right size and shape to hold hair up and they have a very graceful shape. I am taking off a star b/c the plastic for the black and tortoise shell is kind of ugly....not shiny and the tortoise has splotches of black that look like paint splatter. My hair is dark brown so the quality of the plastic doesn't show much....but I wish they had used something nicer in the manufacturing.

It took about a month for the clips to arrive, but it was 100% worth it. I have thick hair that likes to slip through and/or slowly destroy clips, but these ones grip securely. I've worn them all day, with both dry and wet hair, and these clips almost never need adjusting or redoing. They don't dig into my head, either.Previously, the only clips that have ever worked for me have been  Karina - French Couture Thick Hair Wide Bun Claw - Tortoise #K9734X1 , and even then, I have to put my hair up while it's wet or keep redoing my hair throughout the day. The Prettyou clips are officially the best ones I've ever bought. They come in fun colors, too. (see pics)One note: the clips had sort of a weird plastic-y smell when they came. I washed them with dish soap, and the smell disappeared.In summation: A+++ will eventually buy these clips in more colors.

Pretty, but they eventually fall out of my fine hair. if you have a big head of hair, you might have better luck than me.

The online picture does not do justice to the colors of these beautiful hair accessories. One is a lovely transparent raspberry shade, and the other is a transparent autumnal gold. They are large and sturdily made. I am very happy with this product and will order again for the holidays as they will make a perfect gift. They are much nicer than anything I've found in department stores or online.

I have struggled to find something that can accommodate my thick hair. The clips that I have found have either been a weird shape and have not sat flush against my head or the teeth weren't tight/strong enough to stay in place without slipping. These are perfect! They hold all of my hair and stay securely in place. I am going to order another set right away!

I ordered a number of different clips to contain my thick, wavy hair. These were nowhere near the priciest, but they're my favorites! Good tension, sleek and not too heavy or bulky, long and substantial yet light and not flimsy, either. I'm wearing it to work now - bank environment. Good for casual, too. Prefer the brownish one over the red - will order more soon!

The brown tortoise shell clip is really ugly and cheap looking

Those Amazonians went above and beyond by having the two combs shipped direct from China! Took awhile, but I didn't expect from China. They are really beautiful, remind me of Lion fish. But you need a good head of hair to use, the center is pretty big. My thin hair doesn't hold them in well. But they are beautiful!
