This is a sturdy fine meshed sieve and bought for matcha which it works great at, almost too well as it really needs alot of pressing with knife or spoon to push it through. But that gets the lumps out which is the point.

Does exactly as described.
I needed a small sieve to filter out bits from frying oil. This does job perfectly. It feels quite study and well made. Cleaning is always a issue with sieves but at least this one can go in dishwasher without taking up to much space.
