Got these for my grandmom who is an Alzheimer's patient. The previous brand we tried were not comfortable for her and she would express her discomfort. But these have been different for us in a good way. So far she seems to be comfortable wearing them.

I have been using it for the last more than one year. This time as usual I had placed order for three packets and to my surprise, it was delivered in two installments that too in damaged condition. Tho the outer packings were good, the diapers are pale/yellow colored, completely shrunk. Old and damagedVery much disappointed. It never happened. Also, some one called and offered at cheaper rate than Amazon.

My dad urinates 5-6 times thru the night. It holds the first urination. His total urine outflow is between 1-2 ltrs overnight. After which the second urination flows out of the diaper, wets the sheet beneath. He stops water intake by 6pm following which only the required water that accompanies food and medicines.

I have been ordering this item over the last few months. This is one of the few brands that has small size adult diaper required for my father. I had no issues / complaint till the recent order. But the diapers delivered in the last order are of very poor quality. They are leaking immediately & gets torn around waist band when trying to pull-up. I want to return the unused packs & seek refund for the defective used. What is the reason, is this a defective batch or case of brand compromised on quality?
