Acceptable if you fiddle with them.
If you are willing to fiddle with these slides, they can be OK. I was having trouble with the soft close mechanism not pulling out and clicking into the "open" position, which created problems closing the drawer. I found another poster on Amazon (look at the gliderite 20" slides) posted a fix: bend the tang, or tab, that engages the soft close mechanism up a little bit with pliers. To clarify, the only angled tab on the portion of the slide that attaches to the drawer is the "tang" I'm referencing. If you bend this tab "just a scosche" away from the opening, it will hang onto the soft close mechanism better. Once again, if the stamped words "Gliderite" are horizontal and rightside up, you bent this small angled tab up, aim for 90-92 (just past 90 almost imperceptibly) degrees from the plane that the tab was punched out of. Also, the thick grease that "lubricates" the slide needs to be wiped off. I used an old cotton tee-shirt and wiped the ball bearing cage and the slides when the drawer and cabinet portion were disassembled, which allowed me to remove as much of this grease as possible. The slides operate acceptably after these modifications, but still nothing like the expensive blum slides I've used in the past. This is what I get for trying to save a few dollars for the customer.

This is the second project I've used gliderite slides on ...
This is the second project I've used gliderite slides on and you get what you pay for. They are inexpensive but don't work well. The soft close doesn't engage unless you slam it and the drawer despite all the ball bearings gets caught up about half the way through the travel. I think they over-lubricate the ball bearings and all that goop adds too much friction contrary to what it is put there for. Returning them for liberty/accuride, never again.

GlideOK, Not as smooth as expected.
Soft close works OK, but to get it to the point of activating the soft close you have to push pretty hard. Not a smooth piece of hardware. Missed my 30-day return window and now I'll slam these in some workshop cabinet where they'll be unseen.

Could be a little better as far as the soft close mechanism
Not too shabby. Could be a little better as far as the soft close mechanism. Not sure how long the all plastic pieces will last. They are also a little more snug first opening than I would like but that's because of the soft close part. However I have used others that were not this snug so it's all in the design. Not bad for the price point though.

Wonderful procuct.
Works exactly as it should! Installation instructions would be beneficial. Had to figure it out on my own. Would buy again.

Five Stars
As expected.

Pretty Good
Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the requirement to go get screws to mount them. Shouldn't have been a problem to add the screws and save me having to go track them down.

Don't buy
I won't recommend anyone to buy this product. Self closing mechanism do not work at all. Very poor quality.
