Smaller than expected
I use this for my Yin yoga and has served me well, smaller than I expected, but that hasn't been a problem, good to use on its end if needed. I also find it lovely to sit on when meditating.

I wanted a bolster as I had realised pillows weren’t for meThis is greatYes, it’s firm, but it moulds to your head as you rest and is incredibly supportiveIt’s given me the best sleep in a long time so therefore thoroughly recommend itIt has a ‘weight’ to it so don’t expect it to be like a normal pillow but it is really comfyCan’t say enough good things about it in truth

Bolster your body in more ways than just the one!
Excellent bolster cushion (I ordered a large size), which I use to raise the hips when lying down for postural drainage physiotherapy of the lungs. The filling of buckwheat moulds to the shape of the body, allowing it to adopt a comfortable position - if the area of contact sinks a little low then just turn the cushion through 90 degrees, and it's raised again. Although I am very happy with this product, I have x1 suggestion to make it even better: when the zip is undone, which is at the one end, the buckwheat is readily accessible whereas I would have preferred there to be an inner lining, thereby allowing the cover to be removed for washing without having to empty out all of the filling and then having to put it back again afterwards. But this should not detract from a very well-made quality cushion.

A fantastic find
I'd been really keen to get a bolster but don't havebmuch disposable income so was really excited one when I spotted this one on my budget. I expected to get a budget item for my budget price, but I'm really impressed. It's really comfortable and feels just right as a support, and the fabric appeals to my autistic senses. The only down side is that now I'm keen to get the full size range!

Overal it’s a useful support for yoga workouts, it’s not as soft as I’d liked.

Great comfort.
Love it.... A wee treat to go with my yoga cushion and stool cushions. Colour matches great and at a good price too. I have not seen it going flat as yet but I have not used it loads.

I moulds easily into your body shape and I use it in my Restorative Yoga Classes, although would be good to buy a separate pillow sleeve to put on the outside as it leaks a little

Soft bolster
Good product, with great colour selection but it may be a bit soft for some people. It is not filled really tightly, so already, after using it 3-4 times, it has lost its cylindrical shape. It is fine for my uses, but may not suit everyone.
