My wife lost her mind when I ordered such a cheese online. And when she saw me crumpling it in her kitchen she was getting ready to hit me with a pan. But then she tasted the fresh Greek salad I made and she could not believe what I had created.

I make greek salad almost daily and this was the best and freshest I’ve ever eaten, I will never buy from store again

This is an excellent and flavorful cheese.
