Really Good!
So far it has replaced a comparable 100 Watt compression driver for less than $20.00.Very good mid-range from around 800 as listed & good high end around up to 10K.Above 10K it's a bit brittle sounding, but what do u really want for under $20.00

Doesn't even come close to meeting rated specs
I didn't expect audiophile or even good quality audio for this price, but I did expect it to handle the rated power and response.I should have read the low-star reviews. This can barely handle 100W before blowing the internal cap (I'd estimate it blew around 50W sine-wave continuous for 30 seconds). The cap is almost entirely disintegrated, but I could still see a '+' sign on the cap meaning this wasn't bipolar (problem #1, should be bipolar since the signal goes negative with respect to ground). I can also see a '5' and a 'V' leading me to believe it might have been a 50V cap (problem #2, should have been well over a 100V cap for 200W, let alone the peak of 400W).I also doubt its claim of 30KHz as there was a serious roll-off around 12KHz but it blew before I could actually measure the response. I know the amp has a flat output to over 40KHz.

Only got love for these. Just what my ho.e stereo was needing.

DOES NOT HANDLE THE RATED POWER! Need's New Power Rating
Apparently, I like the 200watt rms 400 watt peak power handling, however I only have a 200watt power supply and this tweeter should handle the full power railed from my amplifier of there was a short circuit.... I turned Up some volume...; and then..; testing the audio, at around the stereo on seven the tweeter blew out and started smoking with a big loud POP!..... What has happened here is, there is a capacitor on the tweeter circuit..; and the capacitor exploded...; yet, the tweeter still work's...; i have the capacitor lead's twisted over and the peizio still work's...; there is a wire coil around the mount of the peizio and a capacitor bridged over the positive wire..; still..; not knowing how much power these peizio tweeter's are acctually going to take...; they certainly don't handle 200watt's..; and probably not even 100watt's seeing that I have a ninety watt amplifier...NO REFUND'S HOWEVER; GARBAGE IS GARBAGE AND NO NEED TO CIRRCULATE THE SHIPPING OVER SUCH MESS! JUST FIND SOMETHING ELSE AND THROW THESE OUT!...; These Peizio Horn Tweeter's Need A New Power Rating!!!

Its always good to get a matched pair
I put these in my studio monitors in place of some factory studio monitor tweeters that I had blown. These Piezo Bullet Speaker Tweeter Drivers are alot crisper and shaper sounding than the originals I had.You donthave to turn the volume up very much to get the signal response out of these Piezo Bullet Speaker Drivers. They perfectly in my studio monitors. It is always a good idea to get get a matched pair of Speaker Tweeter Drivers, otherwise they will sound out of balance.
