Ok. First off I am not an oil junkie- and honestly I typically only use them to make a room smell good.My son is 4 and experienced excruciating growing pains in the growth plates in his legs. His dad is 6’8” so he is very tall in general. When he experienced these pains last time they were so awful that it was just heartbreaking to watch and I can’t imagine how much pain he was in. He does not take liquid pain medicine well- refuses and often times pukes it up (neat) so I was looking for anything to help him the next time he had to go through this. I found this and read the reviews. Honestly, I was a little skeptical- but would try anything to help ease his pain. Last night was the first time he experiences them since I bought it. I put a little coconut oil in my palm and added a few drops (it’s bright blue btw, lol) and rubbed it on his legs front and back surrounding his growth plate. I also added a warm heating pad and I swear in less than 10 minutes he stopped crying and could rest and fell back to sleep. This is NOT how it bitmally goes. It typically has us up most of the night so I had to write a review - which I don’t typically do - but I wanted to help any moms questioning if it may work for their kid. It was amazing.

My young daughter has had some growing pains lately. I get nervous about using my own essential oils on her - are they too strong?? Am I diluting too much?? With KidSafe I know he oils are safe for wee ones. I even used this blend on my girl when she became very ill and had body aches - it absolutely helped her. That right there earns the five stars.... When my kiddo is hurting and I can make her feel better then I'm a happy mom.

I love essential oils. I love how they help my health needs. I purchased this oil for my child to help with her growing pains. However, I have had a neck pain for weeks, probably from sleeping worng. I put this oil on morning and night for two days and I am pain free. I will continue to have this in My oil collection. I am very surprised at how fast that it worked and how well it did too.

My kids (10 and 6) complain on and off about muscle pains (or growing pains), and it often helps to just give their legs a nice little massage, so I thought I would try this product. My kiddos like the scent (I was concerned it would be off-putting), it seemed to help. However, I ordered the undiluted oil (along with a separate carrier oil, so I could mix it myself), but received the roll-on. Don't know if this is an Amazon error or supplier issue (as I have had problems with selecting one thing and receiving another, that Amazon tried to rectify over several months but could not). Still, I used the roll-on, and it provided just enough oil to be able to do a nice massage.

I normally love plant therapy and have almost every Kid Safe synergy. This one doesn't seem to do anything for my daughters frequent growing pains and the smell is very off putting. I will not purchased this EO again.

My son woke up with growing pains several times last night. I finally remembered to put the oil on the 3rd time he woke up. I diluted a few drops in jojoba oil and rubbed it in. He stopped crying right away and was asleep in less than 5 minutes, sleeping through the rest of the night. I'm so happy we found something that works and is safe for my 4 year old's sensitive skin.

My daughter liked this a lot. She is 4 and complains of achy legs frequently at night. After ruling out any medical issues causing her pain, we went on the hunt for remedies. I think she liked this better than I did, to be honest. She said it smelled good and she also said that it helped her pain, but she will sometimes just tell you what she thinks you want to hear, so I'm not sure if that's true or not. I mention that because after applying it, she would fall back to sleep, but would wake up again an hour or two later, crying about the same pain. So I don't know if this helped for a short time and needs to be reapplied frequently, or if it was a placebo effect. Either way, it's worth a shot if you find yourself wanting to reduce the amount of meds given for leg aches. Honestly, a lot of the time, I ended up giving her ibuprofen anyways, just because she would end up waking up so many times on those nights and we were both exhausted, but she is also extremely sensitive to even mild pain, so this may work longer on a kid who isn't like that.

I have a very active four year old son. On the days that he runs and runs for hours, he'll wake up with his legs aching. I bought this in hopes it would help and the first time he woke up with pain and I put it on him, it definitely worked. The second time, though, it did not. I have it in a roller infused with fractionated coconut oil and he loves to do the roller himself. Some nights he says his legs hurt just to put some on before bed. Whether or not they do, he seems excited to apply it himself. Maybe this helps leg pain from developing in his sleep? Either way, I would buy again.
