Zero stars, don't let the one star fool you
It is awful.....instructions are in Japanese and the product looks like it was made for a child....unbelievable!!!!

Good Enough
I Originally reviewed this product giving it only two stars because I was sent the 5v USB powered version, and not the 9v DC power adapter version like I ordered. However, upon contacting the seller I was met with courtesy and timely assistance. The customer service and I quickly reached an agreement so all parties would be satisfied.The product itself works well. It keeps my CPU temps about 30 degrees celsius cooler than average when at full load - which is to say 100%. I commonly use a program called Handbrake, and was reaching dangerous temperatures when encoding video. This intercooler keeps it rock steady, and within a tolerable temperature zone.It is a bit bulky, too big for your pocket - but it's not heavy at all. At full blast the fan is quite loud, however at a more normal setting it's not even a hum. Unfortunately none of the blue rubber adapters fit my laptop, but I made a modification to one of them with scissors, duct tape, and super glue. Easy enough. No fancy LED lights, no bells and whistles, just a product that does that job it was intended for, and does it fairly well.

I have a HOT! Qosmio X70 gaming laptop with a 4900MQ and 32GB ram . But I use Copper heatsinks on the ram and copper shims added to the 4900MQ processor heatsink. Today will shim the Vram on the video card .. This USB vacuum really pulls volumes of air through this laptop and makes this laptop run way cool while gaming In fact I highly recommend anyone with a Qosmio X70 or X75 to copper mod their laptop and upgrade to a GTX970 copper shim moded card

did work until it broke
It does work well... or it did... I think it broke, not sure why though.LED light turns on but fan doesn't move. got here on 14th and broke on 30th.

It works fine at first half year
I do not remember when I bought it. It works fine at first half year, but recently it sometimes has some noise during working. It is not quiet if you run it at the highest speed, but you can play louder game music to cover it. At low speed its noise is acceptable.
