Hair coarse and tangles easily; couldn't get halo fishline to work for me.
Color was a perfect match, BUT I was unable to get the fishline halo to function and there were no instructions on how to use it in the package; also, the hair tangles extremely easily, so it is difficult to smooth out tangles while maintaining the integrity of the curls.The hair is very coarse as well; I did use a gentle shampoo and conditioner on it and that didn't help at all either.I've purchased from this seller before and was happy, but not happy with this product.Also highly dissatisfied with their customer service this time; because I requested to initiate a refund the day I received the hair (2/1/19) and sent a follow up message to the seller 2/5/19 and 2/7/19 and I have yet to receive a response.
