Good product, product installed in same day @Rs.500 +bracket cost Rs.600. Amazing services. I am happy.

The product was delivered after due date and the delivery guys were asking for money (sir kuch bakhsheesh ka dekh lo). Its the first time I witnessed delivery guys asking money that too after late delivery.

There is leakage from pipe all the time. Engineers have visited twice to block water leakage from the outlet connected to discharge pipe, to prevent water leakage. Tape is fixed around the pipe by them.What is surprising, is that we have 4 ACs in the house and for none of them, show water leakage. So it is difficult to buy the argument of site engineers that water discharge is due to humidity. When I asked them, why do other ACs don't give the same issue, there is no response.It looks like, once the warranty is over, engineers will say, now, we will replace the pipe, as the cost would be on us then.

The media could not be loaded. Very bad service from Voltas AC customer care and unprofessional behavior from servicing people. INSTEAD OF SERVICING THE AC TECHNICIAN DID NOT EVEN TROUBLESHOOt the problem of water leakage and asked me to buy a pipe and handle the problem

Very bad service by Voltas. They assembled it wrong, gas leaked on first day and now not fixing it. Don't buy Voltas. Has rude staff.
