37" Heavy Duty Dog Crate, Strong Metal Military Pet Kennel Playpen Large Dogs Cages with Lockable Wheels & Two Prevent Escape Lock

Our French Bulldog bent and broke the bars from two cheaper wired crates, so we needed something stronger. This crate might seem expensive, but looks like it is built to last. Can't see how he can bite his way out now. The tray seats below a grated floor, so it seems a lot more hygienic then a crate where the dog sits in the tray. Easier to clean and creates an airflow. Will still need the cheaper crates for travelling, etc as its not collapsable. Planning on getting another one for other dog.

In terms of sturdiness this crate is great, my malinois is no longer able to escape as he has done with others by completly destroying them, the wheels are aa good addition making it easy to move about the house, but the locks on the wheels aren't the best, I lock them every night and in the morning the crate has moved and the wheels aren't locked. The only major issue so far for me is the latches, they protrude into an open part of the crate and are also quite sharp. My dog has damaged his nose quite badly trying to unlock them as seen in the picture.

This dog crate was of terrible quality. Some of the holes did not match properly and it was murder to put together. Some of the welds were poor. It was reasonably substantial when it was together but I would not have been able to fold it down easily, if at al,l and I would be concerned if some of the welds would hold with a dog determined to escape. Really needed and escape proof crate. Could not be bothered with the hassle of dismantling it to send back so sold it on at half of what I paid, my choice I know but I have a very busy life and the hassle of sending something this big and cumbersome back put me off.

Most of the product is great...but the lid is upside down, and there's no way to attach it the right way up, so that because of the way the hinges are set up. The lid will still just about lock but it is much less secure than the other locks, and so makes a mockery of the kennel being extra safe. If our dog chose to try and force it up because he was stressed I'm pretty sure he could manage it.

Brilliant strong cage verry happy

Really happy with the cage, it’s good quality and looks smart. Really easy to assemble and very sturdy. I would have given it 5 stars but my beagle can unlock the latches and so we have had to put padlocks on them which works well but is just a little bit of a pain. Overall a great product!
