Buyer beware!! Chair cannot be disassembled and returned.
This unique chair was purchased for my home office but sadly it is uncomfortable for me and hurts my rear, legs and back after a few minutes of use. I’ve been a loyal Prime customer for years and am aware that all online purchases is always a risk as products cannot be tried before the purchase. This was the case with this chair.Since this Kore chair is very uncomfortable for me I requested a return from Amazon. However I had to contact the manufacturer because disassembly of the chair is required for return. The manufacturer said there is no way to disassemble and they never accept returns. The manufacturer suggested that I simply give the chair to a charity and eat the $189.00. Very poor customer service from this manufacturer.Amazon to the rescue. After explaining the situation, Amazon’s excellence in customer service provided a solution and will accept my return.Don’t purchase this chair unless you are 100% certain it fits your needs.

Not for overweight people
I am 30 lbs over weight and I found this uncomfortable. I think it’s made for people who are in shape. It’s a nice reminder to stay in motion but being overweight, it’s not comfortable.

Great chair.
Chair keeps your core engaged. To type, you have to sit up straight or you’re not comfortable.

Piston does not hold, sinks slowly to bottom, i'm not that heavy (200lbs), and I'm pretty handy, but I couldn't get it apart to see if its the handle putting pressure on the piston release, returning!

Yoga Ball or Wobble Chair? A comparison.
Since I replaced my worn out but beloved yoga ball chair with a Wobble Chair, I'll list some side by side comparisons between the two. The yoga ball chair I have is set into a metal base with four legs and has a vinyl cover with no back or arms. It just looks like a rounded footstool.Assembly -Wobble Chair had three parts that are pushed together with very little effort. Couldn't be easier.Yoga ball chair had to be inflated with a pump.Comfort:Both take a little getting used to. I had to start out with only using them both for a few hours a day. Both are comfortable after you give your body time to adjust to them.Adjustability:The yoga ball chair was affixed to a solid base with legs and the only way to adjust is to add or release some of the air.The Wobble Chair can be adjusted by lifting the ring under the seat and raising or lowering.Other differences:The Wobble Chair tilts easily in any direction and the yoga ball chair is bouncier and has more resistance. I find it easier to move on the Wobble Chair. The yoga ball chair had a base with legs, so only the ball part of the chair moved/bounced. It was large and to move it, I had to pick it up. The wobble chair takes up half as much room and is super easy to move around with one hand. It is solid and only tilts from the bottom only, everything else is stationary. The rubber dam around the edge of the circle keeps you from tipping over. I can even sit on it while using my under desk elliptical with no fear of tipping over.Overall, I think I like the Wobble Chair best. It's a little easier to deal with and I find it easier to move around on and being able to adjust the height is a huge plus. But, if you like a softer, bouncier feel, though, the yoga ball chair would be the way to go.

Sturdy but UNCOMFORTABLE seat and not real leather
First, the cushion is not covered in leather, as somewhat deceivingly stated in the post. It does state "leather-like" in one part but just "leather" in other sections, such as in the buy it button. It would be clearer and more honest to simply write "vinyl" instead. In any case, judging by the pictures this chair's cushion was among the thickest in active seating stools, I was hoping it would be comfortable for entire days at the desk. While it does offer the opportunity to sit straight and move the spine, the cushion is just impossibly hard. After two days of intermittent seating my entire glutes are quite sore and I keep shifting my weight to alleviate the discomfort. It also restrict blood flow to my legs. If I try to move the pressure area to my thighs and seat back, the cushion is not wide enough for comfort either as only part of my legs are supported. Some of this may be true for all stools of this type but the hard cushion just makes it unbearable. On the plus side you will be standing and moving with the constant shifting to release pressure soreness. This would be a great chair if the cushion was thicker or made of gel or otherwise more comfortable, or at least was wide enough to support my entire behind (BTW I am 160 Lbs, average BMI)
