Stops working for no reason
This product stopped working for no reason. The manual says I can get help for any problems but there is no way to contact anyone. I use it several times and it worked as described. Turned it on today and tried to delete a file. It's said "deleting..." for hours now and isn't doing anything. No buttons work. Cannot be shut off. I've only owed this for three months. No help available for problems. Seems a complete waste of money.
