Dermarolling Bible: How to Improve Your Skin, Hair & Life With DIY Derma Roller Microneedling

I enjoyed reading this short book with lots of history and information on the process. I also learned about type and length of needles to use and for which areas.

In this so-called “bible”(what a joke) you will see everything that can be googled. The shortest chapter, chapter 7, is the only one that related to the book’s title. The rest of the book, in my opinion, is full of crap. The writer put too much effort on explaining dermarolling’s history, benefits, etc., which has nothing to do with DIY dermarolling. She talked about ginseng , and in her eyes it was affordable to everyone in China. As Chinese resident I haven’t heard of a single case of a doctor prescribing ginseng injections to patients, mostly due to its high price point and limited health benefits. The unprofessionalism made me question her background, turns out she is not even a health professional. I doubt she’s ever tried dermarolling at home.

This was totally worth the read if you’re considering rolling. I learned a lot about micro-needling that doesn’t come with any of the dermarollers/micro-needle rollers I have purchased. I will be implementing the info I have gathered into my skincare treatment using my micro-needle roller to boost my collagen matrix in my face!

Enganação ate no nome, porque Bíblia se refere a um conteúdo total ou muito grande acerca de um assunto. Este livro é uma enganação, não informa ou ensina. Repetitivo e vazio. Se refere a "estudos" sem indicar quem fez os referidos estudos, quando e a bibliografia. Não orienta como usar o dermaroller, quantas vezes, o tamanho das agulhas e para que servem cada um deles e outras informações relevantes para o DIY, como que tipo de produtos usar antes ou depois para cada finalidade. Não compre, é jogar dinheiro fora.
