Kuissential Manual Ceramic Burr Coffee Grinder, Hand-crank Coffee Mill

Bought this when I started making pour over coffee at home. Decided to give this a try over buying a similar Hario grinder which I use to use at work. This is just as good as a Hario version.Grinding coffee with this is a good workout, and it can be quite relaxing. If you're regularly making more than 2 cups of coffee, I would recommend getting an electric bur grinder.One thing I have noticed is the screw on top sometimes comes loose. This doesn't affect the grind, but it can be a bit annoying as it rattles.This is a great grinder for making occasional coffee, so can recommend if your situation fits.

I had used a friends stainless steel/ceramic coffee grinder recently and wanted one of my own for home. The stainless one was tricky to hold when grinding and that's what attracted me to the Kuissential grinder. The jar is a good shape and combined with the rubber base makes it fairly easy to keep a good grip when grinding.I like the neat addition of a lid for the jar meaning you can grind up some coffee and store it away with the lid fitted. It might have been nice to provide a similar part that could be fastened to the grinder section for storage, but I just use a small plastic bag for that.All in all a good grinder for the money, does a nice job of grinding the coffee and very comfortable to use.

This product is superb. I've been using it for a few months to grind my Lavazza coffee beans for a couple of cups of coffee almost every day since buying it. I was going to purchase a much more expensive electric grinder but having used this I'm so glad that I didn't. I have it set to a fine grind and one benefit is that the coffee machine (a Dualit - yeah, I know!!) does not periodically jam up every so often, as it does with packet ground coffee of any make/any grind. The coffee also takes better as it is freshly ground.

Cut you Bean consumption by a half, compared to mechanical whizzer, BUT maintain the flavour, by grinding a more consistent finished product. We got this as a Christmas present for our son, now have one for ourselves. Very pleased.

Bought as a Xmas present for my husband to grind his curry spices, he is over the moon with this ! He loves the feel and scrunch of the spices being reduced without the noise and over-kill of a motor. The ceramic burrs are the key to a good result.

Grinds the beans very well and it is easy to adjust how coarse or fine you want the end product to be. Not difficult to do and well worth being prepared to spend a minute or so grinding to get a really fresh cup of coffee.

Works perfectly every time, be prepared for a workout when in use. Prefer it to an electric grinder I also own. Like the fact you grind into the container and then screw the lid on.
