Q: Can you use this hemp seed oil directly on skin?

Yes I think you can as it's organic (natural). I often get the oil on my hands and rather than wash it off I simply rub it in.

Q: is hemp seed oil the same as pure canabis oil?

Unfortunately no! That's not legally available in this country (UK) yet even for medicinal use. As I understand it this hemp seed oil is made from the male plant with almost no cannabinoids. I find it has beneficial effects for fibromyalgia and IBS in soothing muscle pains and constipation. Hope that helps you.

Q: Is it any good for pain relief?

Not that I know of, I use it a small amount in a glass with honey and turmeric ....it's supposed to have cancer fighting properties. I hope this is of help to you.
