Q: the cream tuned into liqued after couple of months, should I stop using it?

Hello, We apologize that some of our customers have been having issues with the solution becoming runny/liquidy. It could be because of storage that the formula is turning into liquid. Please keep the lotion in a cool place away from sunlight. We also do not have control of how Amazon stores our products so even if you yourself are able to keep it in a nice cool place, it depends on how the products has been stored before you have received them. Either way, if you feel like you have received an unsatisfactory product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us- we want you to have a great experience with our products. We also tell our customers that our products are usually highly concentrated. We have ingredients that may be effective but tend to not mix well over time. We suggest that if the solution is starting to separate, please mix the solution by either shaking the bottle or unscrewing the top and stirring the solution inside. Just as any mixture, like condiments at home, or drinks etc., it can be the same with some of our products- they just need a little shaking or stirring to mix the ingredients together again if they start separating. If those recommendations still do not work, please contact us right away so we can help you. We are always here for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Q: Is this lotion supposed to be a dark brown color?

My product was white. Dark brown sounds weird. I would return it.

Q: I just received my lotion and it has a very ‘gritty’ texture. Is this ok?

Yes, it will have a slight gritty texture to it.

Q: Hydro-glo peel pads or the gly10%exfoliating body lotion better for evening out skin tone and hyperpigmention on the knees,private area and buttocks?

Watch where u use it ! I don't think it is a good idea for certain areas of skin which may be too sensitive.
