Great product! Used them on a heavy gate and they worked perfectly.

I have an arched door that my contractor said couldn’t have a door closure attached. After some research, he came back with a $1500. solution of a door closure that has an adapter that allows it to mount near the crest of the arch. But it was still big and kinda funky for this door. Plus, that’s crazy high for a door closure.I tried Bommer hinges but they were not adjustable and closed too hard.These are adjustable for the open tension and the closing resistance.These are also adjustable for the closing pressure for the last 20degrees of the door closing.I would have given it 5 stars after spending an hour getting it perfectly adjusted. I was amazed and wondered why my contractor and architect didn’t know about these.But they lost a star because if found that when the temperature changes (which it does frequently) the tension changes.They still work great, but I’d like to set it and not worry about the temp change.

This set of (3) hinges were installed on a 3 point lock system door where a door closer on the inside doesn’t allow the door to fully open and a closet on the outside would look bad. After replacing all hinges with this set the door didn’t close and I already told the customer this product was going to solve both issues, functionality and looks. Now I ordered a dumper closer device that cost me 125 each to make the doors close as I’m not removing the hinges to install a closer outside and give my customer the opposite of promised.
