The pump came broken off the top and the product had leaked all over the sides of the bottle and into the bag that it was in. This seems to be a common theme with these bottles. The top of the pump should be taped on to avoid breaking off, and this should come in a separate box with lots more padding to avoid breaking and leaking. Other than that, it doesn't really affect me since I transfer the soap into a separate squeeze bottle for the shower, but I don't expect my purchases to be broken either.

I left feedback, but didn't get a reply. The bottle leaked, plus the cap/spout came apart, and is unusable. Also, I like grapefruit fragrance, but this isn't it. This is like sweet chemicals. Maybe if you lost the "pink" part, it might smell better. This was $20 down the drain. From now on I'll buy my body wash in a store, so it won't break, and so I can smell it first.

I love the scent, but they need to improve the pump. Both of the ones I ordered have had the pumps break quickly. In fact, the most recent one I ordered had a pump that wouldn’t work at all! The problem is that the jar is so large that it makes it hard to hold in the shower to pour out the shower gel!

I found this product locally and loved it so much I have been looking for it and was pleased to see I could order it on Amazon. The pink grapefruit smell is the best I have used as I love natural scents the best such as peppermint and orange and lime etc. It is a big bottle and lasts a very long time. Kaye

I love this product - I keep it in our bathrooms for hand wash by the sink as well as in the shower. It smells like real grapefruit and lifts my spirits every time I use it!
