Q: What is the differance between 14.5 oz can and the "new version"?

I noticed that is says "OLD VERSION" in my cart. I was wondering that too. I have seen the pork has new, UGLY labels and I believe they're adding BEANS to it, which I cannot digest. I don't eat beans but their new pork has NO INGREDIENTS listed on Amazon (come on, now! This is 2021, millions have food intolerances, special medical diets, if not food allergies) so I dread they're going to put beans. And the other labels are very disturbing, if you have MSPD like me, I don't want to look at those ugly labels.

Q: 'Natural' means noting; does this come from a factory farm or is it free range?

"Free Range" means all the livestock gets released from their cages for One Hour in the Day Room before they're locked up again.

Q: How do I thaw it in a microwave?

Thaw? It's not frozen. Freezing it in a can can release lead and other toxins. It has a long shelf life. It is cooked, but can be added to premade recipes and just heated up in them. If you make a sauce or a stir fry, add this at the end just to warm it. The turkey is really quite good. It's more of an emergency food, but if you are really rural, these are good to have in your pantry.
