Q: Where do I find replacement parts for the er430k? Panasonic does not have them.

Panasonic DOES offer replacement blades - (SEE March 6, 2015 ANSWER).. HOWEVER, you will be charged $13.00 plus $6.00 S&H to buy one ... as much as a brand new trimmer!!!!I left Panasonic a customer service review that stated their parts price was highway robbery and that I would be scrapping my now useless ER430K Ear/Nose trimmer and buy one from another manufacturer. Mark it up to experience and thank heaven I didn't buy a more expensive product like a stereo or kitchen appliance. I closed my review by saying, "Good-Bye Panasonic!"

Q: How short does it cut the nose hair? I still want some hair to catch dust and stuff. Can you adjust how short it cuts?

There is no adjustment however I found you cam apply it lightly (to leave more hair) or strongly (to remove more hair.

Q: Does the battery last long?

I'm still on my first battery - it has been over 6-months. This is the best invention for us seniors, as it is a very easy and painless way to trim unwanted nose and ear hairs.
