If you don't let him/her lick it -- so yes, paw painting, but wash it off before it gets in the mouth!

Yes. I generally paint paint on canvas but have painted ceramic with it too.

I used to do elaborate decorative painting on my fingernails with acrylic paint. It works great. You can do some really cool things with it that you can't do with nail polish. Just cover with a couple coats of clear nail polish (Crystal Alford).
