Q: Very strange, i am ordering the toaster, but the reviews here are for the kettle?

Q: Is the water indication window on both sides or just one side? (I need it on the other side as i am left handed but pics only show handle to right)

Q: how does the lid flip up on the kettle is it easy

There is a button on the top of the handle, push this down and the lid flips open. Im left handed so have to remember to flip the kettle around on its base so the handle is on the left side, if your right handed very easy to use

Q: Is it plugged in the wall? Sorry I can’t seem to see any pics of cord

It stands on a black plastic base which has a cable to plug into a wall socket. The bottom of the kettle has a connector that fits onto a connector on the base to make the electrical contact. Works ok.
