Fine and blanched
This is great for cooking. Very fine and not lumpy. Perfect for cakes.

Great for making macarons
I just started trying to make macarons. I purchased this flour and found it to be excellent for macaron making. I have to say they are quite tricky to master, but after a few tries they turned out well and tasted amazing. The flour was very fine which helped with the texture. I will be using this almond flour again.

Great taste and quality
Worth every penny!! Performs amazingly in low carb baking, I love it so much I can't express it. Pricey, but you don't need much and it last a long time.I've attached a photo of my 3 minute chocolate mug cake, it comes out soft and fluffy just if I was using wheat flour.Must be performing great in macaroons too, shame I can't eat sugar any more.

Decent stuff, but if on Keto, the label is wrong
Decent almond flour, albeit a tad expensive. The nutritional label in the pics and on the bag is wrong if your interested in net carbs! Its an American product and they have stuck a new label on top of the US label to make it UK compliant but messed it up.They have forgotten to subtract fibre from the carb count (as in the UK, fibre has its own placement in the label but in the US it doesn't). So the label is now showing fibre as part of the carbs figure and as part of the fibre. Attached is a picture of typical nutritional value of almond flour for those concerned from a keto website

Using only this one
I use almond flour in almost everything that requires flour at all , and this one is hands down the best , doesn’t need to go through sifting, it’s not the cheapest one yes , but for this amount and quality is ok . I have tried ground almonds from 3 big stores , 2 of them were good but they are all small packages of 150/250g , so in the end if you have used 1.5/2 kg of flour the price will be the same as the Kirklands one

A low carb must.
This flour is ideal if you are following a high fat, low carb diet. Very versatile, and once mixed with other ingredients, it doesn't affect the flavour. A good size bag for the price, compared to others from different companies.

The finest ground almonds you can buy
Bought these ground almonds for baking french macarons. Usually, I would have to blitz ground almonds in the food processor to make them fine enough to pass through a sieve. These almonds require no extra blitzing, and pass through a sieve first time.Excellent results, would not use anything else for my baking now.

follow up
i made my keto flat breads with this product and they turned out well, BUT my problem with this product is it has 21g per 100 so no very keto my mistake i did not read the information on the back. i buy almond flower with 8 to 10 grams per 100 this is double so i will not buy again, if you are looking to keep carbs low try another brand.
