Japanese Yuzu Concentrate, 16.9floz (500ml)

I am so glad I discovered yuzu on the British Baking Show. The contestants didn't use it for G&Ts but they did praise the citrus flavor as being between a lemon and a grapefruit. And, they are correct. I found it the perfect addition to my G&T and I feel as though I have discovered a whole new drink for these hot summer days. Yippee!

Tastes great but the price is a bit much

The label says this is "yuzu soft drink." It tastes like a sugary syrup with yuzu flavor added. I have been mixing it with a yuzu powder, but use it sparingly because of the heavy sugar content.

Our bottle disappeared in about 2 days. We were putting this in tea, in soda water, and in food. It's tart (it's yuzu!) but it's really good. I really need to go order more.

This is lovely! It’s a little sweeter than I was expecting, but it’s definitely Yuzu. It mixes nicely with carbonated water, and a little lime juice balances out the sweet. The bottle and label are nice too.

I used this concentrate to make Japanese Yuzu Sour, and it turned out to be the best Yuzu Sour! I love its natural flavor and taste. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect ingredient for added flavor in holiday baking. Good value and taste.

A strong citrusy flavor and sweet, though I had been hoping for a more concentrated yuzu-centric flavor to use in recipes. Will still be quite good though.
