Perfect Quality Pearls
This is really good product. Idk if it's the best since I didn't try other products but I'd say this is just like what you'd get at a Boba store so I'd say that it's perfect. Just to save anyone any trouble when they make their own, when you boil your water then pour in your pearls, make sure to start mixing it instantly to avoid the pearls from sticking to one another as easily. Besides that, it's easy to prepare and if you're like me who likes chewing on Boba pearls, then you'll enjoy this product. It's easy to cook too. Just boil water, add pearls to boiling water and mix for a bit every number of minutes until it's a bit translucent. Also this big bag is a good value for money since you're getting way more compared to other products. You're literally getting more for a cheaper price compared to others. At least at the time of me writing this review.

Easy to make and chewy
Mine arrived in a good condition, no crushed pearls. But do keep in mind that uncooked pearls are fragile. They're easy to prepare and chewy. I boiled the pearls stirring all the time until they started floating, which didn't take long at all. Then rinsed under cold water and they were ready to serve with sugar syrup and bubble tea.I recommend pouring tapioca pearls from the packaging to measuring cup, rather than picking them with spoon, so they don't get crushed in the process. Also don't store uncooked tapioca in the fridge. Put them in an airtight container and keep in a cupboard, away from source of heat or moisture.I'd definitely buy again!

Awful
Absolutely awful tapioca. Do not buy takes to long to cook and goes into moosh. I bought another one which is absolute beautiful cooks in 5 minutes and the consistency and texture is absolutely tasty. Usually I don’t do review but I was so disappointed that not happy with the tapioca at all. I had to put it in the bin. Looks like dog food, even my kids complain. Buy Wu Fu Yuan black tapioca pearls are quick and very nice. Very close to the real ones. They come in a dark red packages a little more money but worth every penny.

Taste is excellent but the pearls remain small, form a goo and there are lots of fragments.
First of all, let me say that the pearls are delicious. Taste and texture are just perfect.Having said that, I am afraid I will revert to pre-cooked pearls because of a series of disadvantages.First of all, the pearls remain very small. They almost do not grow at all. I have boiled them for half an hour (by the way, the QR code on the envelope to get the instructions does not work... why not print them???) but they remained small. It is not what you want when you prepare a boba tea! Also, they form a slimy goo in the water that you REALLY want to remove in any way. It is pretty disgusting. Finally, lots of them break in small fragments and powder which are quite useless and are very difficult to remove. After being cooked, they absorb quite well the flavor of simple syrup.

Tasted not good and a lot of Shattered
The vacuum packaging is not damaged and looks good, but a lot of tapioca is broken directly after opening, and this pearl is relatively small, and it takes a long time to cook. It tastes just so so.
