This dryer is phenomenal. With the variable speeds you can use it for a tiny yorkie or for a giant Newfie. These dryers hold up well and last for years. Great for the groomer who needs to bust out multiple dogs in a day. Dryer gets warm from the motor running so it's as if it have a heating element. Love this product and highly recommend it!!

This is an awesome dryer! The variable speed is great to adjust for tiny dogs up to giant double coated dogs. We used this model at a corporate grooming store, so I wanted a trusted dryer when I opened my own shop. The only complaints I have, are the dryer hose, was not fully assembled properly (the hose was not glued correctly to the plastic attachment coupling parts. The end that connects to the dryer allowed half of the air flow out of the connector & not into the hose. So a little duct tape & another hose clamp fixed that. Not pretty for the amount of money spent on a brand new dryer! The other end connector coupling wasn't glued at all, so I'm always turning the coupling & nozzle on the hose to tighten it & make sure it stays on.). Also the rubber condenser nozzle wears out & becomes loose if you just yank the nozzle off instead of loosening the hose clamp. (But that is operator error, when employees that don't pay for the items, don't care. Ugh!)But the dryer is a real work horse, great for big volume use in a grooming salon.

Too much force! We have a one year old standard poodle and this is way too much for her. I use one of the two motors on 3/4 to dry her. I could have settled for a much less powerful motor. It is nice to be able to power it down to do her face and ears. Also, the hose is too heavy. Similar to one that is connected to a gas pump. I haven't figured out the hose problem yet. Bottom line......no I cannot recommend it for Fido or princess. A single motor 4 hp variable with heat is what I should have purchased ......at half the price.
