Q: I am looking for a good blade(s) to cut sheet metal siding & roofing. This "appears" to be good for that. Anybody have an opinion there?

I use these all the time. They work very well

Q: Can you cut carbon fibre with this blade

Not specifically sure, but I'd be amazed if you couldn't as the blades are extremely tough/long lasting and go through most hard metals etc with no problem.
