Q: where can I buy additional paint

Dear Customer Hello Our products contain paint, and the amount of paint is 50% higher than the amount required for normal use. If you run out of paint while painting, you can always contact our after-sales service to resend the paint for you. Best regards

Q: The canvas that has been delivered is very creased, I have put heavy books on it but not coming out, can I iron it with a protective cloth over it?

Mine was a little creased naturally due to being shipped but I ironed mine out too and it came out perfectly, so yeah you can definitely iron it with a protective cloth!

Q: Do you need to tape the fabric to something to keep it taut when painting. I wondered about using self adhesive sticky boards that I use for x-stitch

I have a sheet of Perspex a few inches bigger than the picture and I found it better to let the picture sit for a day or two after ironing it with a wet cloth, let it sit then tape it down well. it works well if you use a good quality tape and stretch it from the corners in opposite directions. one word of advice bin the brushes supplied and get some quality ones, also be prepared to add a few drops of water to the paints some of them are very thick to work with, and be prepared for some of the lighter colours not covering well more than one application will be needed.
