I’m a health coach and I recommend this to my clients, it’s a great supplement to keep on hand. The size of the pills are very large, that’s the only complaint I have ever gotten. I can tell when I have gone a night or two and not taken this, I don’t sleep as soundly.

I was nervous about taking these chelated minerals due to the fact that sometimes vitamins affect the pharmaceuticals that I'm on. So I started out by just taking one pill during the week to see how my body reacted and it was good. So then I up'd it to two pills a week. And now I'm on three pills a week, one every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and my body feels so much better. I would highly recommend these mineral supplements. Bluebonnet is a clean company and your body absorbs the pill due to their processing. I don't overdo vitamins or minerals because I want my body to absorb the vitamins and minerals, not pee it out.

Chelated minerals are one of the best ways to ingest minerals necessary for optimum health. The do make a difference as proven by clinical tests are real world daily usage by actual people.

The ingredients are what I want. But the pills are too big...hard to swallow.

This product including calcium malate and boron is less expensive than others of it's kind. I have osteoporosis and calcium malate (taken with extra vitamin d3 and K2) is the best for absorption in the bones rather than being deposited in the kidneys or arteries like calcium carbonate.

Even though taken just before bed, do not cause stomach problems. Good formulation, reasonably priced.

My hair grew back in much more full with the usage of these suppliments. I bought both the ones with iron and without. I take 1 capsule with iron and 2 without daily in order to not overdo my iron intake. They are big as other reviews state but not a problem for me.
