NO. They are plastic and will insulate just the opposite of what they want. No electrically conductive anaerobic threadlockers

Q: How difficult will some torx-drive #6 and #8 adjustment screws be to break loose and readjust in the future if I use this stuff?

I wouldn't use this, it sets up very hard. Use the red or blue, be much easier to adjust a at later date.

Q: Are these ideal for wheel spacers ?

You may want to use a retaining compound like Loctite 638 for this type of application, just make sure to have a clean surface and tight gap between the parts, thank you.

Q: I need something to keep the screws tight in my eyeglasses. Is this product overkill for that application?

yes, it is too strong. Use Loctite 222 on screw, then assemble. Or you can use Loctite 220 after assembly, it is the low strength penetrating.
