A little of a lag time with tracking unit it helps me to keep up with my daughter, and it even tells me when she has braked too hard or driving too fast. It was easy to install and set up. This is a monthly subscription however.

Best purchase I've made in a while! I've had to use a few of these things in the past, and this one seems to be the best so far - it has the cheapest monthly price, plus the app lets you set location and driving alerts (e.g. speeding, bad driving), and shows you the mileage. Be aware that you have to pay a monthly fee if you want tracking, but that seems to be the norm.

Awesome!!! Easy to setup and within a few minutes I could see my cars location in the app. The trip history menu is great and makes it very easy to see where my car has been. Location seems perfectly accurate. The geofencing and speed alarm are nice touches. And customer support was very responsive in answering the few questions I had. Great find and I’d highly recommend!

I will be returning this tracker and getting a refund. I've paid for one month..It sure didn't have a problem taking my money, but this doesn't work at all.I did everything by the instructions. I can't find a detailed manual that tells anything about the side port,where charging port is. It doesn't say anything about a SIM card, but there is a slot for the SIM card,that looks empty.I always get the message:"One or more of your trackers haven't yet uploaded their location data. Please ensure they're powered on"Well, it is plugged in, sitting outside or driving for hours.You don't have any support numbers to call, when there are questions.I bet you haven't sold many and a lot are being returned.Yes, I will get my refund, but what a waste of my time,Thanks

I had purchased two other Shield GPS last year ShieldGPS Hidden GPS Tracker for Cars & Vehicles - OBDII Device for Tracking, Anti Theft and Surveillance and have been very satisfied with that version. The map system was very accurate and gave real time updates and you can't see it sticking out from the vehicles OBD port unlike this new version. It sticks out and you can see the device lights blinking allowing the driver to notice its attached the the car. I'll be sending it back.

The accuracy was dead on to where the vehicle was and not much of a delay of any sort, said 10 secs for the plan I got, but wasn't even that when the vehicle was on the move. I recommend this device! Thank you!

I like that they show you trips taken. But they did an update and now it doesn’t show approximate address

Works exactly as advertised and cheaper per month than other GPS trackers. Exceptional product and app. Easy to setup and accurately shows my cars location and where its been over the last few weeks. Highly recommended!
