Q: what exactly is included in the set?

No description of the pieces included on Amazon. From Cuisinart's website: Cuisinart ® Forever Stainless Collection™ 11-Piece Cookware Set: 2-qt. lidded saucepan, 3-qt. lidded saucepan, 3-qt. lidded sauté pan, 8-qt. lidded stockpot, 8" skillet, 10" skillet and steamer insert.

Q: Does this fry pan have a cover that goes with it?

If this is the same one I bought…NO. My daughter requested that one at Christmas. I even called Cusinart. They would not sell me one. My daughter says she uses the lid from a skillet she already owned.

Q: Is the non-stick part toxic? Usually non-stick is.

Coating is stable at less then 500 degrees F

Q: This pan is 5.5 inches in height? It looks around 3 inches. Any answers?

The depth of the pan is 3” just about exactly. With the lid on the handle on the lid sits about 5” tall. This is plenty deep and plenty big for most everything i could need a big saucepan for, and it has some graduations on the inside to better eyeball measurements in increments of 1L
