So useful-
I have so many different electronics with so many different tips on the end. So happy to find these. I take with me when I travel. And I found that I don’t have to throw away I have because now I can convert so many using these adapter tips. Though caveat is that some older charger cables don’t work as well with newer devices - and some cables won’t work on airplane outlets - but for the most part, these are great. A couple tips did come loose on a trip - one that converted C to lightening broke completely off, but I find it extremely useful. I bought several different packages

I believe my house could've caught on fire!
Last night, I decided to plug in my phone for an overnight charge. About 10 minutes into bed, I realized I had to bump up my alarm for an earlier schedule. I walked over to my phone, and had noticed it wasn't charging. When I tried to wiggle the adapter, it was scalding hot to the touch. It wasn't just burning hot, it was SCORCHING hot. My fingers were red! I endured a minor burn trying to pry this out of my phone because I panicked it was going to my damage my phone - I should've just unplugged the USB-C first from the power surge - but again I was panicking.I had to get to the bottom of this before going to bed. I waited for the adapter and USB-C to cool down. I first checked if it was my USB-C cable. I plugged the USB-C into an older phone and it started charging just fine with no heat build up. I then took the lightning adapter, plugged it into to the USB-C, then plugged the adapter into my new iPhone. Not only was it not charging, but the adapter immediately started getting very hot: like stove temperature hot! These lightning adapters come in three, and the 2nd one has been working just fine for now but imagine if I had just left the first one in my iPhone overnight! This kept me up for a good hour, and it also makes me paranoid what's stopping the remaining two from behaving the same way!Be careful using these: these are cheap for a reason! I'm fortunate that my house didn't catch on fire!

Convenient product however it comes with three but only two work
The package has three adapters in it two silver and one black. One of the silver ones doesn’t work but I don’t understand why the color choices most cords are white so why not send white or at least send three different colors but oh well for the price even if just one works I am fine with it. It gave me what I needed the ability to charge my iPad and my phone on my desk and only have one cord so thank you for the item

Streamlining My Charging Needs
In an era where USB-C is becoming the universal standard for charging and data transfer, I found myself in a transitional phase, especially after upgrading to the iPhone 15, which embraces USB-C. However, my 1st Gen AirPod Pros, still reliant on the Lightning connector, presented a dilemma. Not wanting to be burdened with multiple cables, I sought a solution that led me to the USB C Female to Lightning Adapter. This adapter has been a quintessential addition to my tech arsenal. It allows me to carry just one type of cable - USB-C - and use the adapter for my AirPod Pros. This simplicity in my tech setup has been incredibly liberating, especially when traveling or moving about daily. The ease of not having to untangle or distinguish between cables for different devices cannot be overstated. The build quality of the adapter impressed me. It feels sturdy, offering a snug fit both to the USB-C cable and the Lightning port of my AirPods' case, ensuring a reliable connection without any wiggling or disconnects. Although primarily purchased for charging purposes, it's been dependable without any noticeable impact on charging speed or efficiency. While I have yet to extensively test its capabilities beyond charging, its performance has made it an indispensable tool in my transition to a more streamlined, USB-C dominated ecosystem. This adapter symbolizes the bridging of a gap between legacy and future technology, making it a must-have for anyone in a similar transition or looking to minimize their cable clutter without sacrificing the functionality of their Lightning-dependent devices.

Does NOT support Power Delivery (PD) chargers!
This adapter works fine if you're using an old-style, fixed 5v charging block -- such as the old original 5W usbA block that came with really old iPhones, or the 12w usbA blocks that came with older iPads. For example: Using an old 5W iPhone charger block, a usbA-to-usbC cable, and this adapter, you can charge an iPhone12 (slowly). This adapter does NOT work with newer "power delivery" (PD) chargers, like those used with newer iPhones or iPads. The newer PD chargers require communication with the device to set voltage and wattage, and this adapter does NOT support that communication. For example: Using a modern PD charger (like the 18w charger used with recent iPhones or iPad pro models), a usbC-to-usbC cable, and this adapter, NO CHARGING WILL OCCUR.To be fair, the listing does indicate that this adapter will NOT work if you're using a "usb-c to usb-c cable". But it really should be clearer. If you're using a modern PD charger, which basically means any charger a USB-C output, this adapter simply WILL NOT WORK! Skip it and look for an adapter or cable that specifically states support for Power Delivery (PD).

Don’t waste your time and money
These don’t do anything I’ve plugged them in with multiple different cords. I’ve used every single one of them. They don’t charge. They don’t transfer data. They don’t do anything. Don’t waste your money.
