High quality product - reasonable price point
This stuff was a life saver! I had to pull two large (4awg) wires, and one 8awg wire through a 1" watertight conduit 100 feet. I also had to run two 50' versions, and that's where I tried everything, and failed. This product would have saved me hours of frustration. Once this arrived, all three projects took but minutes to complete! Not sure about long term issues, but it says it's inert, and it seems safe - so I'm not going to lose sleep over that. Recommended.

Wish I had decided to use this years ago.
I am a major DIY’er and an engineer. I’ve pulled quite a bit of wire through ughJ conduit. Was adding power to my workshop behind my house and needed to pull 1/0-1/0-1/0 aluminum wire through 2” buried conduit with multiple bends (of course number of bends is within NEC allowances... NEC only allows 360deg of total bends from point to point, just FYI).I decided that I probably needed the extra help of this pulling soap to be able to do the job, so I bought this.I DEFINITELY COULD NOT have pulled the wire without this lube. It wa still challenging the last 30ft with lube.Pro tips I learned.1. First tie a rag to your pulling rope or string, and heavily lather/soak the rag with the pulling lube, then pull just the rag through the conduit. You tie another string to the rag before you do this pull, because you will re-lube the rag at the exit end and then pull the rag back through the opposite direction. I found pro videos that showed this process and they claim that it reduces pulling friction 40% more than just lubing the wire as you pull it.2. Use the lube liberally on the wire as you pull it. If you are unsure how much you will use, upsize your order and order more of these bottles or order one of the bigger volumes that come in a bucket. Don’t be like me sometimes on projects and try to be cheap and then get made at yourself when you are in thy middle of the job and stuck, the wishing you had ponied up a few extra dollars and been able to finish the job easily (grin). You guys know what I’m taking about...Anyway, loved this stuff. Made a big difference. We used it again this weekend to pull Cat5e Ethernet cable to the shop Theo is h a separate conduit I had buried when doing the power conduit. Worked great.Note: I wore latex gloves to avoid staining my hands (it’s a bright blue color) but got some on my hands anyway. Seemed to wash out okay without staining my skin.

Had no idea that THIS is the stuff that works
I bought a competing brand of dry lubricant that uses Teflon lubricant and it was an epic fail. I had originally purchased this back in Feb 25, and forgot where it was in the house, so I just ran local and bought what I thought was a close replacement. It was not. I tore the pull strings twice. So I looked around the house and found this bottle in the closet. I squirted in just a small blob at the end of the conduit, as I'm only pulling 10-2 silicon pv wire but it has a grip to it. I started to pull from on end while feeding the other (with REALLY long strings since I was solo on this job). To my amazement, the farther the wire came thru, the easier it was to pull it out. There are a few larger bends that I didn't think lube would even be necessary, and this was flexible schedule-40 3/4" so there is PLENTY of room in the conduit with NO sharp corners. But I couldn't have gotten the wire more than 20' in until it just bound up, so without using this stuff I'd still be pulling. Wonderful product and it dries to colorless and odorless. Starts out a neat shade of transparent blue, like KY Jelly but a deep blue color. Leaves no stains or residue.

Good stuff. It does dry out too quickly though
Pulling wire was looking to be impossible through old EMT. Take an amount like you would put on a toothbrush and put it on a damp sponge and run it down the wire. Repeat every 1-3 feet depending on difficulty of the pull and it will pull through. Use in conjunction with fishtape.

Life saver
I had to pull some 10 gauge solar wire over ~50 ft, this stuff made it way easier!

SLICK
I had 90 feet of cable to slide through conduit. I didn't have the luxury of pulling it, so I had to push it through. On my first dry attempt, I got about 10 feet in before I just couldn't get it any further.I ordered this stuff and kept applying it as I went. This stuff is slick. Literally. I had to figure out how to apply it without using my hands because of I did, I couldn't hold onto anything.Made sliding the cable through much easier.

Clean and helpful
Used half bottle to pull a bundle of 4 XHHW #4 AWG aluminum wires through 160 feet of 1 1/4" conduit with a full 360 degrees of bends plus the inevitable waviness that comes with PVC that's been basking in the summer sun. Having never pulled wire or worked with something bigger than #12 I was pretty nervous and it was tough going towards the end, but this helped us greatly and cleaned up nicely when the job was done.

GAME CHANGER
WOW. comes out a little fast but this blue goop is a GAME CHANGER. I have not compared this to other wire lubes but geez does it work. and it looks like it should taste good.
