I have reviewed before. My oil always leaks. We desperately need bubble wrap on this product.

okay the bottles came in and the blue cleanser one was full while the yellow oil leaked out a bit in the packaging. the oils nozzle broke off a bit and the cleanser one was leaking a little when it’s tilted over.

They both work great. The wax remover can get a little seepy, like most oils in my experience. Just be careful where you leave it and keep it upright. I love the cleanser the most, it really helps the wax adhere to the hairs without leaving your skin feeling dry.
