Loved this pan when I first got it. However, a few months on, even with preheating it and adding oil, food now sticks to the pan which is incredibly frustrating.

This is the best cookware I've ever owned. It really is the best. It heats evenly, things don't stick and it's easy to clean. I highly recommend.

I purched this skillet with lid after buying a knife set from the Blue Diamond brand a few months ago. I have really enjoyed my new knife set, and decided to check out other items from this brand. I just unboxed this skillet, and it's huge! It has heft to it, and the lid is quite heavy too. I gave it a quick hand wash and dry, and a spray of cooking oil and started browning a 4lbs roast before putting it in the crockpot. As you can see, the roast easily fit in the pan, and there was no sticking whatsoever. I let it cool completely before washing, and it cleaned up a breeze. I look forward to cooking with this skillet for years to come.
