This "Pack" is a single bottle of shampoo/conditioner.Description is misleading.

Very disappointed with this misleading sale. I wanted the shampoo as I have run out and decided to buy a bigger bottle. As it’s says in the title shampoo and conditioners I was fuming when a treatment balm arrived and I’d already unpackaged it to use. I’m now left with a big bottle of stuff I won’t use and I don’t have my shampoo. Waste of money.

I should have read the reviews before buying. What you will receive is the single bottle of moisture recovery treatment balm for thick, coarse hair as shown in the picture. I was misled by the description of shampoo and rich creamy lather. I wanted a shampoo and conditioner set. If you make the same mistake as me, you cannot return the product for a refund.

This is advertised as a shampoo and conditioner set but is neither.

Really confused as this says shampoo and conditioner set and it’s one bottle a treatment balm!

I received a recovery balm instead! Says shampoo and conditioner on the ad?
