Very unhappy with the vacuum, it doesn’t suck some small items. And it doesn’t work with carpets at all!There was only 2 weeks to return the item, and I didn’t have a chance to test it properly within that time, and now I have a useless vacuum in the house.

Charger not working
Return it cause the charger not working. It does a pretty good work before the battery runs out. Im waiting for the replacement. Other than than the vacuum is good enough for small apartments

Deusional
The Hoover is made out of cheap materials.Is not powerful enough, even in turbo mode. Using it in turbo mode the whole time the battery life is less then 30’. I should have gone for a Dyson instead of this one, but I really like xiaomi design more.
