Q: Will these fit on an e36 with euro projector headlights?

Not to sure i can say fit perfect in e39 headlights pre face lift

Q: I purchased a set of these and one half did not work. Is there away for me to get a replacement?

If you flexed am to much or cut the top loop you will crack the ccfl bulb inside and the seller will not send you new ones but if they are defective they will send you new ones
